Rosa Carton is a fully qualified and insured McTimoney Animal Practitioner. She is a member of the McTimoney Animal Association (MAA) and The British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA). Rosa holds a Masters Degree (MSc) in Animal Manipulation from the McTimoney College. She also holds a BSc (hons) in Equine Science from Aberystwyth University.

                Rosa was born and grew up in the French Alps in a farming environment. She has always had a passion for all animals but mainly horses. She started horse riding at the age of 5 and looking after her neighbours horses from the age of 7. She then bought her own horse at the age of 10 to save him from the meat trade and still owns him today. Rosa has competed in show jumping, dressage and carriage driving.

                Rosa lived in France till she was 16 years old, she then moved to Hungary where she lived for 3 years. Rosa then moved to Aberystwyth, Wales to study towards a BSc(hons) in Equine Science, she graduated in 2006. While studying there she also worked with a horse and carriage company providing horse drawn weddings and funerals. In 2006, Rosa also went on a 5-day Foundation course with the Intelligent Horsemanship run by Kelly Marks.

                Rosa then moved to Pontypool, South Wales. She started studying at the McTimoney College in 2007, towards her Masters in Animal manipulation. She graduated in 2010. During these 3 years she also worked in various Pony Trekking Centres in the Black Mountains and had 2 children. In 2008, Rosa also qualified in Merishia Equine and Canine Massage Therapy.
